With the change of each season, there is always something different to look forward to in Amish Country and on our farm. Access to the farm is included with purchase of a tour ticket or farm-only pass. Our farm tour is a self-guided walking tour. You are welcome to walk our farm grounds at your leisure. Don’t forget your furry friends, we are pet-friendly!

The summer is the most active time on our farm, and for the Amish – who are busy in their gardens and farm fields. Be sure to take an Amish buggy ride on our farm – or even try our popular Goat Yoga!
What You’ll See in the Amish Countryside:
Fields flourishing with tobacco, alfalfa, and corn.
Amish girls and boys walking bare foot in the fields or along the road.
Beautifully manicured gardens full of produce ready for canning or placed at roadside stands.
The rolling hills of Lancaster County painted with the vibrant colors of summer.
What To Expect on Our Farm:
Amish Chicken BBQ Barn is a delicious option for lunch.
From May-September we offer buggy rides on our farm grounds.
While visiting our farm, you can meet different artisans.
Our corn maze, quilt pattern, is open from July to October.
Special Summer Tours & Events:
Goat Yoga classes are offered throughout the summer.
Fall is a great time to visit Lancaster County if you enjoy cooler temperatures and beautiful fall foliage. Our Fall Farm Days take place in October and feature pumpkin chuckin’, face painting, and many more fun activities.

What You’ll See in the Amish Countryside
You might spot Amish farmers harvesting crops in their fields.
Weddings are celebrated on Tuesdays & Thursdays during this time of year.
Roadside stands are filled with pumpkins, gourds, and fall vegetables.
Do you enjoy the cooler months and want to avoid crowds? Visiting during the winter might be a good option! In December, we have a popular Amish Christmas Cookie tour which stops at Amish homes for samples of cookies.
The highlight for Winter 2020: Santa & Goats. Come get your picture taken with our friendly baby goats in front of Santa's sleigh.
What You’ll See in the Amish Countryside
This is a peaceful and quiet time on the backroads
Frozen ponds with Amish kids skating.
There are fewer tourists during this season.
Snow covered fields with cattle, sheep, and horses.
Many Amish stores are filled with Christmas gifts.
Mud sales start near the end of winter (usually March).
Planting season in Amish country! Spring is when Lancaster County awakes from winter hibernation and begins to enjoy the outdoors. You’ll see Amish farmers working in their fields planting for late summer harvest. And May is typically when our baby goats, lambs, and piglets are born – so cute!
