Goat Yoga

Goat yoga is coming to our farm! We are combining the best of both worlds: relaxing yoga and playful baby goats. Certified yoga instructors will lead the sessions, and our baby goats will join in on the fun! Step away from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century and spend time on our farm to unwind with our eight baby goats born last month in May.

What to bring/wear:

  • Yoga mat
  • Camera – This will be an hour you’ll want to remember! There will also be time after yoga to take pictures with goats.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy or having nibbled on by goats. For the best experience, wear a shirt with sleeves made of non-slippery material. Little goat hooves have more traction on fabric than skin, and silky materials make it hard for goats to stand still. You can also bring a collared, button down shirt to put on just during the yoga session. It’s best not to wear earrings and if you have long hair to put it up in a bun since the goats like to nibble.

Who wouldn’t want to spend an hour with these cuties? Sign up now! If you have questions/concerns please email: jamie@amishfarmandhouse.com
