Fall Farm Days 2020

Saturday, October 3rd & October 10 – 12, 2020

10am – 5pm
  • Who Is Invited? You and your entire family and your four-legged friends. We are pet friendly!
  • What Will We Do? Celebrate the fall season with various fun activities on our 15-acre self-guided farm tour.
  • When Is It? Saturday, October 3rd & Columbus Day Weekend, October 10-12, 2020.
  • Where Is It? The 15-acre farm at the Amish Farm and House (directions).
  • Why Do We Have This Event? We are an educational farm museum, we make learning fun! Fall Farm Days is our way of showing what the fall season is like on a farm. See below for a list of planned activities.
  • How Do I Purchase Tickets? Visitors have two ticket options. See below for more details. Reservations/Prepaid tickets are not required. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival.

Ticket Options for Fall Farm Days:

  •  Fall Farm Days All Access Pass:
    • Adults (ages 12 +) $13 includes 3 pumpkins for pumpkin chuckin’, hayride, and access to the petting zoo
    • Children (ages 5-11) $8 includes 1 pumpkin for pumpkin painting, hayride, and access to the petting zoo
    • Toddlers (ages 0-4) FREE, includes hayride and access to the petting zoo
    • Added bonus, 1 iris flower bulb per family to plant this fall in your garden! (as supplies last)
  • Guided Tour Ticket:
    • If you purchase a guided bus or house ticket you have access to our 15-acre farm and the petting zoo. The fall activities are priced separately.
    • Pumpkins for pumpkin chuckin’ = $ price to be determined
    • Pumpkin painting = $3 per pumpkin
    • Hay rides = $2 per person

 

Activities for Fall Farm Days 2020 open 10-5p.m.:

  • Pumpkin Launching/Chuckin’ –     included in Fall Farm Days all-access pass 
  • Pumpkin Painting-      included in Fall Farm Days all-access pass 
  • Corn Maze-      open to all visitors 
  • Scavenger hunt + prizes-      open to all visitors 
  • Corn Hole + Corn Checkers –      open to all visitors 
  • Hay Rides–      included in Fall Farm Days all-access pass
  • Buggy Rides – $6 per person pay the driver, cash only 10/3 + 10/12

Petting Zoo Activities open from 12-4p.m.

  • cuddle with our baby goats
  • meet our kittens
  • brush the donkeys
  • feed horses and livestock

Fall Foods

On Saturday, October 3rd

  • free taste testing of sweet Apple cider
  • New! Apple Cider Milkshakes and Hot Apple Cider
  • soft pretzels and root beer
  • Amish made baked goods
  • The BBQ Barn will be grilling up ribs, chicken, barbequed potatoes, and more!

On Saturday, October 10th & 11th

  • The Pretzel Spot Cafe food truck- stuffed pretzel sandwiches and more!
  • Pumpkin Funnel Cake food truck- pumpkin and regular homemade funnel cakes.

On Monday, October 12th

Our 15-acre farm will also be filled with various local artisans. Visiting with our artisans is a wonderful way to get hands-on experience! Here is the artisan schedule for the event:

COVID-19 Regulations

Wear A Mask

  • We are requiring all guests over the age of two to wear a mask during their visit. We do not require masks to be worn when outside on the farm and social distancing. We do ask you wear your mask when interacting with staff and artisans. (For example, please wear your mask when interacting with the woodcarver.)

Keep A Safe Distance 

  • While on tour and on the property, we ask that you please keep a safe distance of 6 feet from anyone not in your direct party.
  • 1 person per group in the lobby to purchase tickets or to check-in. All other group members should wait outside.

Wash Your Hands Often

  • There is a handwashing station set up outside on our farm as well as bathrooms located on the front and back porch.
  • We recommend bringing hand sanitizer to use after petting the animals on the farm.

Stay Home If You Are Sick

  • If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

Each family who attends our Fall Farm Days will receive 1 iris flower bulb. These bulbs are ready to be planted this fall in your garden. While supplies last.
