There’s no better way to experience the Amish way of life than eating a homecooked meal inside of an Amish home. This tour is currently not available for Summer 2021 due to COVID restrictions. We hope this tour returns in the fall but if not- we’ll see you in 2022.
Sit back, relax and let us take you through the real Amish country backroads. Your driver-guide will drive 25 miles into countryside not easily found on our own. From the window you’ll see Amish homes, schools and farms. Depending on the season you might see Amish working in their fields, children riding on scooters and horse & buggies traveling to and from.
Your driver-guide will be narrating as you see the Amish going about their everyday life. You’ll learn about agriculture, farming techniques, weddings, family traditions and how they live in our ‘modern world’.
You’ll be inside of an Amish home for dinner. You’ll meet some members of their family as they serve you freshly baked bread and their homemade whoopie pies.
It’s not just all on the bus; we make two stops at Amish farms where you’ll get to interact with the Amish folks. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase goods made from the very hands who made them!
The last stop will be at an Amish home for dinner. After your meal, enjoy the sunset as we head back to the Amish Farm and House. You can expect dinner to last 1 hour.

The following example itinerary is based on a Classic Tour beginning at 4p.m. Please remember that a reservation is required for this tour package.
Please arrive at 2:00 p.m. to check-in and pick up tickets.
Can’t arrive at 2? That’s okay, but you will miss the guided house tour. The Dinner Tour Bus leaves at 4:00 p.m. so you can’t miss that.
After picking up your tickets, you are welcome to start with the 15-acre farm tour. We provide the map and you visit the farm at your own leisure.
Next, the front desk will give you timed tickets for the guided house. You’ll join us inside for the 30-minute farmhouse tour before departing on the bus.

Next, step on our bus for an immersive learning experience. The bus will stop at Amish shops along the way, the last stop being an Amish home for dinner!
Get your cameras ready as you’ll see Amish farms, schools, and horse and buggies. You better come hungry.
Your paid tour ticket grants you access to enjoy our entire 15-acre farm at your leisure! If you didn’t get to see all of the farm you’re welcome to visit the farm upon return.

We went here to learn more about the Amish community and experience their culture. We absolutely loved it! The tour was great and the dinner afterward was absolutely delicious! I did not know Amish food was so yummy. We will definitely be coming back.

The tour of the house is interesting but the real gem is the bus tour and dinner. The bus takes you around the county and you visit a few farms and Amish shops. The driver/ tour guide is extremely knowledgeable and funny. He has tons of stories and first hand stories. You travel around and get out at many stops to look around and shop in the little roadside shops. The main highlight is the dinner! You actually go to the home of an Amish family and the serve you right out of their kitchen. Our hostess was very friendly and spoke of her family and answered questions. It was an amazing experience.
