Looking to do something in the evenings--after most Amish-themed places have closed?
Take our Lancaster Sunset Tour for a unique experience!
Join us on our 14-passenger mini bus as we travel down less-traveled roads in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country just before sundown. You'll see the sun set over the picturesque Amish farmlands and get to see unique vistas of the area. Your tour is fully narrated by a highly-knowledgable guide.
We'll wander the back roads of Lancaster County and discover several covered bridges!
We'll make at least two stops (possibly 3) on the 2-hour bus tour. We'll stop at a dairy farm at milking time, so you can see the process of milking. We'll stop at a roadside stand and another type of Amish business so that you can meet the owners and talk with their kids for that true "Amish experience."
After your tour of the countryside, take our lamplit-tour of our farmhouse. For these special times, our farmhouse is lit only with gas and oil lights--no electricity! Learn about the clothing, culture and customs of the Amish during this unique experience.
This tour also includes samplings of traditional Pennsylvania Dutch desserts and drink during your farmhouse tour.
